SAME offers a scholarship each year to a member interested in attending the NMEA Annual Conference.
SAME offers a scholarship each year to a member interested in attending the NMEA Annual Conference.
The NMEA Registration Scholarship Application will support SAME members to help offset costs to attend the Annual Conference in 2026.

Event organizers can request up to $500. To apply, fill out the Google Form and submit a detailed budget. Only one event per state (LA, MS, AL, FL) will be funded per year. The funding year will start over at the next SAME Annual Meeting in the fall.
